Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Trans - Tasman mutual recognition principle and the provisions of this Act may be taken into consideration in proceedings of any kind and for any purpose.
(2) Nothing in this Act or the Mutual Recognition Act 1992
prevents a person from relying on the Trans - Tasman mutual recognition
principle in relation to more than one Australian jurisdiction.
