TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CONSUMER PROTECTION AND SERVICE STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 7A

    Chapter   2 of the Criminal Code (except for Part   2.5) applies to all offences against this Act.

Note 1:   Chapter   2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.
