Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Chief Commissioner may enter any premises with the consent of the occupier of the premises.
(2) Before obtaining the consent of a person to enter premises under this Division, the Chief Commissioner must inform the person that the person may refuse consent.
(3) A consent of a person is not effective for the purposes of
this section unless the consent is voluntary.
