Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commission must, by written determination, specify the circumstances in which persons are permanently incapacitated for work for the purposes of paragraph 37(1)(c).
Variation or revocation
(2) The Commission may, by written determination, vary or revoke a determination under subsection (1).

(3) A determination under this section is a legislative instrument.
