Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Authority may engage such employees as it thinks necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The terms and conditions of employment (including remuneration) of the principal employee are to be such as are determined by the Authority .

remuneration) of an employee, other than the principal employee, are to be
such as are determined by the Authority .
