Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Presiding Member of the Committee must cause a notice stating that the interim determination has been made and setting out the terms of the determination to be published in any manner that the Committee thinks appropriate.
(2) The notice must invite persons to make written submissions
to the Committee in relation to the determination within a period of not less
than one month that is stated in the notice.
