Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of determining the application, the Committee may, by notice in writing, require the applicant to provide such further information as the Committee directs, within the period specified in the notice.
(2) If the applicant does not comply with this requirement, the application is taken to have been withdrawn.
(3) A notice must include a statement about the effect of the above.
