Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Authority may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation, by writing under its seal, delegate to a person or to a committee established under section 11 any of its powers under this Act, other than its powers under subsection 30(2) or this power of delegation.
(2) A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been exercised by the Authority.
(3) A delegation under this section does not prevent the exercise of a power by the Authority.
