Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the M inister considers that an organisation is a national organisation which is representative of winemakers, the Minister may, by notice in writing published in the Gazette , declare that organisation to be a declared winemakers organisation.
(2) A declaration must be published on the Department's
website as soon as practicable after it is made.
