Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This Act does not apply in relation to any vessel (including a ship or a barge) or any structure to which the Occupational Health and Safety (Maritime Industry) Act 1993 applies.
(2) This Act does not apply in relation to a facility to which Schedule 3 to the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 applies.
