A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person engages in conduct; and
(b) the person intends, by engaging in that conduct, to directly or indirectly assault, threaten or intimidate another person; and
(c) the other person is an inspector or a person assisting an inspector.
(a) In the case of an individual--the tier B monetary penalty or imprisonment for 2 years or both.
(b) In the case of a body corporate--the tier B monetary penalty.
