Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Minister must give, to a person who applies for reconsideration of a decision, written notice of the Minister's decision on the person's application within 10 days after making the decision.
(2) The notice must include a statement that the person may apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of the decision.
(3) A failure to comply with subregulation (1) or (2) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
