AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REGULATION 2016 - REG 18

    For the purposes of subsection   47(4) of the Act, the Minister must give notice of a decision under the Act by:

  (a)   personal delivery; or

  (b)   prepaid post to the last address given to the Department; or

  (c)   electronic means.
