AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REGULATION 2016 - REG 8

    For the purposes of paragraphs 23(2)(a) and (3)(a) of the Act, the following visas are prescribed:

  (a)   Employer Nomination (Permanent) (Class EN);

  (b)   Labour Agreement (Migrant) (Class AU);

  (c)   Labour Agreement (Residence) (Class BV);

  (d)   Regional Employer Nomination (Permanent) (Class RN).
