Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Secretary may, in writing, ask a licence holder who has submitted a tariff under subsection 25(1) or (2) to give the Secretary additional information to assist the Secretary to make a decision under subsection 26(1).
(2) If the Secretary makes a request under subsection (1) in relation to a tariff, the period mentioned in subsection 26(4) in relation to the tariff is suspended from the day the request is made until the end of the day the Secretary receives the information.
