Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A licence holder must notify the Secretary, in writing, of a change to the licence holder's place of business or the address to which any communication under the Act or this instrument may be sent.
(2) The licence holder must notify the Secretary of the change no later than 28 days after the change occurs.
(3) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person is required to notify the Secretary under subsection (1); and
(b) the person does not notify the Secretary in accordance with subsections (1) and (2).
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
