Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision of the Secretary to make a declaration under regulation 5.
(2) Subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , application for review of a decision of the Secretary under regulation 14 or 16 may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal by:
(a) the proponent; or
(b) the airport - operator company (if any) for the airport concerned; or
(c) the building authority concerned.
