AUSTRALIAN RADIATION PROTECTION AND NUCLEAR SAFETY REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 57A
Preventing and minimising human error and organisational failures
(1) The holder of a licence must take all reasonably practicable
steps to prevent and minimise human errors and organisational failures
involving controlled materials, controlled apparatus or controlled facilities
described in the licence.
(2) In doing so, the holder must take into account human and
organisational factors.
