Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Regulations 4.40 and 4.41 apply in relation to screening carried out on or after 1 August 2021.
(2) For the purposes of regulation 6A.02, it does not matter whether screening occurred before, on or after 1 August 2021.
