Application of amendments made by the Aviation Transport Security Amendment (Air Cargo Security Declaration) Regulations 2023
The amendment of paragraph 4.41D(1)(c) made by Schedule
1 to the Aviation Transport Security Amendment (Air Cargo Security
Declaration) Regulations 2023 applies in relation to security
declarations issued on or after 1 July 2023.
