AVIATION TRANSPORT SECURITY REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 4.51H

Offence--disclosing AACA security program information without consent

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person discloses information; and

  (b)   the information is about the content of an AACA security program for an AACA; and

  (c)   the person does not have the consent of the AACA to disclose the information.

Penalty:   50 penalty units.
