Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation sets out how to deal with a weapon surrendered by a person at a security controlled airport.
(2) A weapon surrendered at a security controlled airport is to be stored and handled in accordance with any other applicable Commonwealth law or any applicable State or Territory law.
