Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Director - General of Security may, by writing, delegate any or all of the functions or powers of the Director - General of Security under this Part to a senior position - holder within the meaning of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979 .
(2) A delegate must comply with any written directions of the Director - General of Security.
