BIOSECURITY (HUMAN HEALTH) REGULATION 2016 - REG 13

  (1)   The Director of Human Biosecurity must approve:

  (a)   a form for ship sanitation control exemption certificates; and

  (b)   a form for ship sanitation control certificates.

  (2)   The forms must be consistent with the model form set out in Annex   3 to the International Health Regulations.
