Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Within 30 days after the provisional BIRA report in relation to a BIRA is published under subsection 26(3), a person may request the Inspector - General to review the process of conducting the BIRA if the person considers that:
(a) the process did not accord with the process required by Division 1; and
(b) the departure from the process was significant; and
(c) the person's interests were, are or may be adversely affected by the failure to conduct the BIRA in accordance with the process required by Division 1.
(2) A request under subsection (1) must:
(a) be in writing; and
(b) set out the grounds for making the request.
