BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS 2021 - REG 28
Personal property with sentimental value that is not available for payment of debts
For the purposes of subparagraph 116(2)(ba)(ii) of the
Act, non - monetary sporting, cultural, military or academic awards are a kind
of property that is prescribed.
