CIVIL AVIATION (UNMANNED AIRCRAFT LEVY) REGULATIONS 2021 - REG 5

    For the purposes of subsection   6(1) of the Act, the amount prescribed is:

  (a)   for levy payable in relation to an RPA that weighs more than 500 grams--$40; and

  (b)   for levy payable in relation to an RPA that weighs 500 gram or less--nil.
