COMPETITION AND CONSUMER (INDUSTRY CODES--DAIRY) REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 16
Requirement to have milk supply agreements
A processor must not purchase milk from a farmer other than
under a milk supply agreement.
Civil penalty: 300 penalty units.
