CIVIL AVIATION (BUILDINGS CONTROL) REGULATIONS 1988 - REG 10

  (1)   A person to whom an approval is granted under regulation   8, must comply with the conditions, if any, subject to which the approval is granted.

Penalty:   10 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against subregulation   (1) is an offence of strict liability.
