CIVIL AVIATION (BUILDINGS CONTROL) REGULATIONS 1988 - REG 2

    In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"authorised person" means a person authorised in writing by the Authority for the purposes of the provision in which the expression occurs.

"engage in conduct" means:

  (a)   do an act; or

  (b)   omit to perform an act.

"interest" in relation to land, means:

  (a)   a legal or equitable estate or interest in the land; or

  (b)   a right, power or privilege over, or in connection with, the land.

"object" includes a tree or other natural obstacle.
