Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The amendment of regulation 6A made by the amending Part applies in relation to applications made on or after the day that Part commences.
(2) Despite the amendment made by the amending Part, regulation 13 continues to apply, in relation to applications made before the day that Part commences, as if that amendment had not been made.
