Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The holder of the certificate of registration for an Australian aircraft may, in writing, request CASA or an authorised person to approve a system of maintenance for the aircraft.
(2) The request must be accompanied by a copy of the system.
