CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 105.025
Persons must not create hazards to aircraft operated to facilitate parachute descents
(1) A person contravenes this subregulation if the person
does an act that creates a hazard to an aircraft that is being operated to
facilitate a parachute descent.
(2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the
person contravenes subregulation (1).
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
