Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) If another provision of these Regulations provides for a document, other than an application for an authorisation, to be in an approved form, CASA may, in writing, approve a form for that document.
(2) If, under subregulation (1), CASA has approved a form for a document, the document is not taken to have been completed unless it:
(a) is in the approved form; and
(b) includes all of the information required by the form.
