CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 11.077

  (1)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person holds an authorisation that is subject to a condition imposed under regulation   11.056, 11.067 or 11.068; and

  (b)   the person contravenes the condition.

Penalty:   50 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against subregulation   (1) is an offence of strict liability.
