Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An Australian air transport operator must have a safety manager.
(2) For the purposes of paragraph (e) of the definition
of key personnel in subsection 28(3) of the Act, the position of
safety manager is prescribed for Australian air transport operators.
