Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An Australian air transport operator contravenes this subregulation if the operator does not meet a requirement of the operator's exposition.
(2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
