Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An Australian air transport operator contravenes this subregulation if:
(a) a person who is a flight crew member of the operator's personnel exercises a privilege of the person's flight crew licence for the operator; and
(b) the operator does not have the following:
(i) a copy of the person's flight crew licence;
(ii) a copy of the person's medical certificate.
(2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
