Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The operator of an aeroplane for a flight contravenes this subregulation if, when the flight begins, none of the pilots assigned as flight crew members for the flight is assigned to duty as the pilot in command of the aeroplane for the flight.
(2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
