CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 129.025
Prescribed purpose--foreign air transport operations
For subsection 27(9) of the Act, the flying or operation
of any aircraft for a foreign air transport operation is a prescribed purpose.
