Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The operator and the pilot in command of an aircraft engaged in a flight that is a foreign air transport operation each contravene this subregulation if the operation of the aircraft does not meet the requirement mentioned in subregulation (2).
(2) For subregulation (1), the requirement is that the aircraft must be operated in accordance with:
(b) an approval under regulation 129.020 held by the operator for the aircraft to be operated otherwise than in accordance with the IFR.
(3) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
