Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The operator of a Part 131 aircraft for a flight that involves a specialised balloon operation contravenes this subregulation if the requirement in subregulation (2) is not met for the flight.
(2) The requirement is that the operator must hold an approval under regulation 131.035 to conduct the specialised balloon operation.
(3) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
