CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 131.685

Approval required to operate

  (1)   A person contravenes this subregulation   if:

  (a)   the person operates a tethered gas balloon; and

  (b)   the person does not hold an approval under regulation   131.035 to operate the tethered gas balloon.

  (2)   A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation   (1).

Penalty:   50 penalty units.
