Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The operator of a limited category aircraft contravenes this subregulation if an adventure flight of the aircraft contravenes subregulation (2).
(2) For subregulation (1), the flight must begin and end at the same landing area and must not involve a landing anywhere else.
(3) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
