Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The operator of a rotorcraft for a flight contravenes this subregulation if, when the flight begins, information about the search and rescue services relevant to the flight is not readily accessible to the flight crew members for the flight.
(2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
