Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A person that ceases to be the operator of an aeroplane that is used for application operations must, if another person becomes the operator, give the aeroplane's aircraft maintenance record, or a copy of the record, to the other person.
(2) A contravention of subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability.
