    Nothing in this Part affects the operation of the following:

  (a)   the Airports (Building Control) Regulations   1996 ;

  (b)   the Airports (Protection of Airspace) Regulations   1996 ;

  (c)   the Airports (Control of On - Airport Activities) Regulations   1997 .
