Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies if the operator of a certified aerodrome does not comply with a procedure set out in the aerodrome's aerodrome manual as mentioned in paragraphs 139.055(2)(a) and (b).
(2) The operator must tell CASA, in writing, of the non - compliance within 30 days after the non - compliance.
(3) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (2).
