Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An instructor or examiner for a Part 142 operator commits an offence if the instructor or examiner conducts an authorised Part 142 activity for the operator otherwise than in accordance with the operator's exposition.
(2) An offence against this regulation is an offence of strict liability.
