Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsAn ATS training provider must not give to a person responsibility as an instructor or assessor for any training relating to air traffic services that it provides unless the person:
(a) has suitable qualifications and experience in accordance with the Australian Quality Training Framework; and
(b) satisfies the requirements of the Manual of Standards - Part 65 for persons having that responsibility.
